1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InboxAxe ("the Service"), operated by ZagAIrot Technologies LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InboxAxe is an email intelligence and automation platform that scans, classifies, and manages your inbox. The Service may include automated follow-up campaigns, lead detection, and content generation features depending on your plan.
3. Account and Access
- You must provide valid email credentials to connect your inbox.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Email Access and Data
- We access your inbox solely to provide classification, cleanup, and campaign features.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your email content to third parties.
- Email credentials are encrypted at rest.

5. Payments and Billing
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
- Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
- One-time setup fees are non-recurring.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
6. Campaigns and Outbound Email
- Automated campaigns send email through your own SMTP/email account, not ours.
- You are solely responsible for the content and recipients of outbound messages.
- You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable anti-spam laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost emails, missed leads, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
